
We partnered with wellness startup Ohm to design the Ohm Resonance Lamp, a sensory tool that helps people settle their breath and regulate their nervous system. Its gentle pulse of light guides users into resonant breathing, a natural rhythm shown to restore calm and focus. The experience turns proven physiology into something instinctive: you simply follow the glow, and the body does the rest.
Working from concept through launch, we shaped the full Ohm experience, including the sculptural form, tactile interactions, brand identity, website design and development, and supporting digital touchpoints. The lamp is meant to feel as grounding at rest as it does during a session, with a quiet presence, warm materials, and proportions that invite you closer. Every detail reinforces the idea that calm can be simple and that a wellness practice can feel beautifully integrated into daily life.
The result is a screen-free ritual that fits naturally into the home: an elegant lamp that helps people breathe better, feel better, and return to themselves with just a moment of light.

The Ohm Resonance Lamp translates breath into light, vibration, and touch. Its softly tapered silhouette and hand-blown glass body feel warm and organic, while a frosted interior and subtle baffles shape the glow into a slow, rising and falling rhythm that is easy to follow. The smooth, weighted stone completes the experience, resting naturally in the hand with a balanced profile that feels intuitive to hold. During each session, the stone and lamp work together, using light-based sensors to read subtle signals from your body and adjust the breathing cadence in real time. This synchronized guidance helps you enter resonance, the physiological state where breath, heart rate, and blood pressure fall into alignment.








The Ohm brand identity grows directly from the physical experience of the lamp. The palette draws from its natural glow, with blues and ambers inspired by sky, water, and warm light. Soft gradients echo the rise and fall of breath, while rounded forms and custom icons reflect the globe-and-stone silhouette. The voice mirrors the product’s balance of science and spirituality, offering guidance that feels confident, supportive, and clear. Every element feels like an extension of the lamp itself, creating a unified experience from first impression to the final, calming exhale.



The launch website translates Ohm’s philosophy into a calm, guided digital experience. Lifestyle imagery and gentle motion introduce the product’s sensory nature, while clear, digestible explanations build trust in the underlying science of HRV and breathwork. Interactive UI moments echo the lamp’s rhythm, helping users understand how it works without overwhelming them with data and text. The result is a digital ecosystem that is a clear, inviting extension of the physical design and the brand.




The Ohm app extends the physical experience with a calm, data-light approach to biofeedback. A dark, immersive interface reduces visual noise, while a glowing orb mirrors the lamp’s rhythm and responds to each session. Instead of streaks and dashboards, progress is shown through gentle color shifts and simple summaries that encourage reflection rather than tracking. As a quiet companion, the app offers biometric insight while keeping the lamp at the center of the experience.


The simplicity of the form meant each detail needed to shine. We established a continuous curvature for the glass, controlled light distribution through diffuser material selection, and optimized the speaker hole geometry for both airflow and visual alignment. A gentle twist of the stone can adjust the light or activate the sound machine, turning a small interaction into a meaningful moment of delight. Every choice was deliberate and carefully crafted.
